Meet the Team
Kendra Amato
Director of Finance & Operations
Kendra graduated from Saint Peter’s University in 2001, with a double major in Economics and Business Management, as well as a minor in Business Marketing. She serendipitously joined The Redeker Brokerage in NYC shortly after graduation, a specialty insurance agency focused on serving the needs of the design professional community.Though reluctant to work in the family business, she remained there for 14 years, as she found a calling within the specialized niche of clientele we serve. With insurance running through her veins, she then decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and became the Finance and Operations Director of the newly formed Chadwick Brokerage back in 2015. Due to her unwavering work ethic and positive attitude, she has been the integral piece of the puzzle in supporting the extensive growth of the agency since its formation.
Kendra navigates day-to-day business matters ranging from accounting, client management and administrative support. She values loyalty, dedication, hard work and humor, all the requisite building blocks for successful client relationships.
Kendra resides in Sparta, NJ with her husband, son, and daughter. She is the chauffeur to her kid’s best life and can be found watching their various sporting events and activities or volunteering. In her free time she loves to travel, enjoy everything nature has to offer and always has a home project on the horizon.
Christian Ede, CIC, CPCU

Christian graduated from Florida State University in 2013 with dual degrees in both Finance and Entrepreneurship. While interning in college working at an insurance agency, Christian quickly found that he loved the industry of insurance and the opportunity it provided to build meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues. After graduating from FSU, Christian followed that passion and began working at one of the largest insurance companies in the world, CNA, which is recognized as a pioneer in the industry and the largest insurer of Architects and Engineers in the country. It was here where he cut his teeth in the specliazed niche of insuring the Design Professional community. For the next 8 years Christian worked in roles of increasing responsbility within their program, learning everything he needed to eventually embark on his career on the broker side of the business.
At heart, Christian is a relationship builder and he seeks to bring value as a broker now through his unique skillset. Christian joined the Chadwick team in 2022 in order to utilize his extensive knowledge of design professionals insurance, having worked as an underwriter for so long.
Christian is originally from Miami, FL and now currently resides in Orland, FL. In his free time, Christian loves spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan, enjoying trips countrywide to visit different NFL and college football stadiums.
Keith Fitschen

Keith graduated from William Paterson University in 2002, with his degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Shortly thereafter he embarked on his insurance career and has never looked back, specializing in servicing the needs of Design Professionals for the past 20+ years.
Working with clients of all shapes and sizes, ranging from startups to ENR-100 firms, he strives to embed himself into their culture by becoming not only their broker, but as a trusted advisor on all things insurance and risk related. Specialing in Contract Review and Negotiations, Risk Aversion and Transfer, Industry Benchmarking, and Claims Advocacy, Keith considers these service deliverables inherent to assisting his clients with increasing their performance and profitability, through the utilization of effective Risk Management tools.
Keith began his tenure in the A/E industry two decades ago working with a large regional broker, representing some of the largest and most prominent Design Professional firms in the Northeast. From there, he built upon his experience and became both Vice President and Practice Leader for 10+ years for one of the NJ/NY/PA Metro Regions largest A/E Brokers, where he handled the firm’s day to day operations, oversaw its client services team and managed the firm’s largest accounts. He joined Chadwick in 2018 as a Principal, to expand on his extensive industry experience, deep-rooted relationships and to help take Chadwick into its next phase of growth.
Keith resides in East Hanover, NJ and in his free time enjoys traveling, culinary and wine excursions, watching the New York Yankees contend for championships, and most of all making memories with his wife and two young daughters.
Eli Harvey
Principal
Eli graduated from Le Moyne College in 2003 and holds degrees in both Business Administration and Political Science. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2005, and exclusively with architects, engineers, and design professionals since 2011. Eli joined Chadwick Brokerage in 2016 shortly after its founding, and specializes in contract reviews and negotiations, particularly with respect to large publicly funded infrastructure projects. Helping his clients navigate the complex insurance environment, he often works directly with government agencies and other A/E team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Eli also enjoys assisting new firms and guiding them through the process of obtaining insurance for the first time, advising them on best practices for managing risk. He is a frequent consultant and advisor to insurance companies and has helped draft numerous policy forms/endorsements that are widely used in the construction industry today.
He resides in Killingworth, CT with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys fishing and golfing (poorly).
Katelyn Kelleher
Business Operations
Katelyn joined the Chadwick team in 2023 filling a much-needed role in the operations department. Katelyn is an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working professional with a passion for helping others. Having grown up in an insurance family and then operating her own family-owned business for 15 years, Katelyn brings a keen sense of client relationship building.
Katelyn is inspired daily by her three children and in her free time, enjoys working out to keep up with the demands of their busy schedules.
Mat Kent
Principal
Mat’s background includes managing facilities over a 20 year career as a PGA Professional culminating at one of the highest grossing clubs in the country. Mat has managed and mentored over 400 employees, overseen multi-million-dollar budgets and directed $20M plus in property development. Mat has a passion for business consulting and carries an extensive background in business operations, employee development and customer service.
Mat offers unparalleled attention to detail to fully comprehend his client’s business and make specific recommendations based on their needs, timelines, and financial requirements. Businesses rely on Mat to present professional and comprehensive long term risk management strategies.
Rich Standing

After graduating from Rider University in 1998 with a major in History and a minor in Political Science, Rich got his start in the insurance industry working as a marketing rep for a Louisiana-based managing general agency. Now having a solid foundation in insurance, it was at the Prosurance Redeker Group in NYC where he was able to put his talents for big-picture thinking and risk assessment to work for his clients. Over the next 15 years, Rich built a book of business eventually managing the insurance programs for more than 400 design professional firms in the Tri-State area. During this tenure, he found not only a professional calling, but also a specialized niche where he could be of unique service to clients.
In 2015, Rich established Chadwick Brokerage to continue assisting architects, engineers, surveyors and the related construction industry professionals, reduce their exposure to loss and curate specialized insurance coverage they need to thrive financially and creatively.
Rich resides in Far Hills, NJ with his wife and four children. When he is not driving one of his kids to a youth hockey game or practice he enjoys being out in nature playing golf, paddle or fly-fishing.
